immigration

Immigrants to the United States may be divided into two distinct periods. they had distinctive reasons for emigrating from their native lands, and for choosing North America.
Before the Civil War: mostly Native Americans, Spainard, French, and English.
Post Civil War: mostly Eastern Europeans.

The United States Civil War

THE war was between the North and the South Grant wanted to outlaw slavery, Lee wanted to keep slavery .
Antecedents
was about slavery laws.Fort sumter fell and the south really took it over .John Winkes Booth shot Lincoln.West Virgina was North but Virgina was South.

The American Revolution

"Taxation without repersentation" it became a major conflict around the world.

It was about how some people well a 4th of england went to the so called land America. it was a new discovered land that had some indians on them. The part of england that went to America went to America for freedom. but when they got to America King George started taxing. Then the war began it led to tea dupping, killing, and lets just say years of of violence.
this was horrible!!!!!!!!
